The North Lake District offers many different activities and attractions that will appeal to people of all ages and tastes.  Keswick has a wide variety of tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.  There is a twice weekly market in the town square.  Keswick Tourist Information Centre which is located in the market square is able to offer lots of help and advice about things to do in the area.  Visit their website  http://www.keswick.org

Walking:

Grange-in-Borrowdale is ideal for walking and lies in the heart of the Lake District National Park.  There are many lovely walks for all abilities direct from Blea Crag. Touring:

The scenery is spectacular throughout the Lake District.  Blea Crag is conveniently located to tour many beautiful locations.
