Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Blea Crag sleeps 4 people.\u00a0 However there is an additional bed which can be pulled out from one of the single beds. A maximum of 5 people staying at the cottage must not be exceeded.<\/p>\n

Duvets are provided for all the beds (1 king size duvet, and 3 single duvets) . We kindly ask that you provide your own bed linen\u00a0 (ie sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases), and provide your own towels and toiletries.<\/p>\n

Although we are happy for families with children to stay at our cottage we do not provide facilities for children under 3 years.<\/p>\n

We operate a no smoking policy in the cottage.<\/p>\n

We are sorry but we do not take pets.<\/p>\n

We do not accept liability for any damage or loss to any vehicles or possessions belonging to you or any member of your party, or for any injury, sickness or inconvenience, however caused.<\/p>\n

Please let us know of any breakages so that items can be replaced as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

Cars must be parked inside our gates and not in the access drive.<\/p>\n

Blea Crag is not cleaned in between every let and therefore we ask\u00a0 that the property is left in a clean condition ready for the next guests. Cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner are provided.\u00a0 We can assure you however, that we do regularly check and clean the property ourselves and it is very well maintained and looked after.<\/p>\n

A deposit of one third of the rent will secure your booking.\u00a0 The balance is due one month before the holiday and the keys will be forwarded to you.\u00a0 In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.\u00a0 The balance will also be forfeited unless the property can be re-let.<\/p>\n

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (unless pre-arranged).\u00a0 Visitors to arrive after 3.00pm and depart on the following Saturday by 10.30am<\/p>\n\n\n
