The North Lake District offers many different activities and attractions that will appeal to people of all ages and tastes.\u00a0 Keswick has a wide variety of tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.\u00a0 There is a twice weekly market in the town square.\u00a0 Keswick Tourist Information Centre which is located in the market square is able to offer lots of help and advice about things to do in the area.\u00a0 Visit their website\u00a0 http:\/\/www.keswick.org<\/a><\/p>\n

Walking:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Grange-in-Borrowdale is ideal for walking and lies in the heart of the Lake District National Park.\u00a0 There are many lovely walks for all abilities direct from Blea Crag. Maps and walk books are provided in the cottage.\u00a0 The Lake District National Park website has information and links to lots of different walking sites. http:\/\/www.lakedistrict.gov.uk\/visiting\/thingstodo\/walking<\/a><\/p>\n

Keswick Leisure Pool offers fun for all the family; there is a slide and wave machine.

The scenery is spectacular throughout the Lake District.\u00a0 Blea Crag is conveniently located to tour many beautiful locations.<\/p>\n

\nDuring the summer months a Keswick \u2013 Buttermere circular bus service (No 77) passes the cottage and will stop on demand. http:\/\/www.stagecoachbus.com\/timetables.aspx?serviceid=1825&locationId=119&from=&to=&locval=246<\/a><\/p>\n
